Everything you need to know about Automa and our AI-powered supply chain platform.
Automa is Indonesia's first AI-native IoT supply chain platform. We combine real-time fleet tracking (TMS), warehouse management (WMS), automated carbon reporting, energy modelling, and supply chain risk intelligence (SCRI) in one integrated system — powered by IO Track hardware and an AI intelligence layer.
Automa is built for Indonesia's mid-market enterprises — distribution companies, manufacturers, mining operations, and logistics providers that need enterprise-grade supply chain AI without building it in-house.
IO Track is Automa's Postel-certified IoT hardware brand — including GPS vehicle trackers, LoRaWAN sensors, and smart energy meters. IO Track devices auto-bind to the AI platform the moment they're installed, with zero manual configuration.
Automa's intelligence layer sits across all platform modules — continuously analysing IoT data, operational records, and external signals. It applies proprietary predictive models for anomaly detection and alerts, and optimisation algorithms for route and energy recommendations.
Yes. You can start with any single module — TMS, Carbon Tracking, Energy Modelling, or WMS — and add more over time. The platform is modular. That said, the AI layer works best when modules are connected, because cross-module data enables richer insights.
Yes. Automa offers API integrations with major ERP systems, logistics platforms, and external portals including Pertamina reporting hierarchy, VERRA registries, and Indonesia's SRN. We also support custom integrations — contact us to discuss your stack.
Automa supports GHG Protocol (Scope 1, 2, and 3), VERRA VCS, IFRS S2, Indonesia's SRN (Sistem Registri Nasional), ISO 14064, MnV, and MRV. Our AI automatically generates reports in each format from the same operational data.
Yes. Every emission calculation is traceable to its source activity data (GPS trips, meter readings, supplier invoices), the emission factor applied (IPCC/GHG Protocol source), and the calculation methodology. The audit trail is immutable and exportable at any time.
SCRI (Supply Chain Risk Intelligence) is Automa's AI platform for monitoring disruption signals across your supplier network. It aggregates data from port congestion feeds, regulatory filings, ESG news, weather systems, and shipping AIS data — scoring risk in real-time so you can act before disruption hits.
SCRI is currently in beta with select enterprise partners. We're accepting early access applications now — contact us to be considered for the beta cohort.
Our team is happy to walk you through any aspect of the platform.
Whether you want a product demo, a technical discussion, or a partnership conversation — we'd love to hear from you.

Beyond tracking — Automa's AI layer transforms raw vehicle telemetry into road quality maps, electrification readiness scores, and behavioural analytics that reshape how your fleet operates.
Every IO Track device already carries a 3-axis accelerometer. Automa's AI model continuously analyses Z-axis vibration signatures as vehicles move, classifying road anomalies with high accuracy without any extra hardware.
Crowdsourced from your entire fleet — every vehicle contributes to a shared, continuously updated road surface map across all operating routes.
Vehicles repeatedly traversing poor-road segments accumulate a damage risk score — automatically scheduling earlier suspension and tyre inspections.
TMS dispatcher view highlights road quality score per route segment — enabling dispatchers to choose smoother alternatives that lower wear and fuel burn.
Not all routes are equal for EV transition. Automa analyses 12+ months of your fleet's actual driving behaviour — distance, load, dwell time, and available charging infrastructure — to give a per-vehicle, per-route EV readiness score.
Compares each vehicle's actual daily range against EV model battery specs to confirm coverage.
Cross-references stop locations with SPKLU (EV charging stations) proximity within route corridors.
Side-by-side ICE vs EV total cost of ownership over 5 years — fuel, maintenance, residual value, and carbon cost.
Projects tCO₂ reduction per vehicle if shifted to EV — directly updates your Carbon Tracking dashboard.
Your fleet collectively visits hundreds of locations every day. Automa's clustering AI groups stop events into meaningful place categories — suppliers, warehouses, fuel stations, rest areas, customers — even without manual labelling, revealing invisible operational patterns.
AI clusters stop coordinates and dwell-time patterns, classifying them as loading docks, delivery points, fuel stops, or unofficial rest stops — without manual geofence setup.
Compares average loading/unloading time per location over time — flagging locations that are consistently causing delays and costing your fleet productive hours.
Significant supplier locations feed directly into SCRI's risk graph — if a critical supplier location shows reduced vehicle visits, SCRI raises an early disruption alert automatically.
Identifies recurring unplanned stops outside known significant places — enabling fleet managers to address route compliance, security, and fuel fraud risk.
GPS AI Intelligence isn't a silo. Every insight feeds back into the platform — road data improves TMS routing, EV scores update Carbon dashboards, significant places reinforce SCRI risk graphs.
Pothole heatmaps overlay on dispatcher route view. Re-route suggestions appear automatically for affected segments.
EV readiness scores connect to Scope 1 projections. Simulated fleet transition shows CO₂ reduction before you commit a single IDR.
Significant supplier places feed SCRI's live network map. Anomalous visit drops trigger early disruption alerts across your tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers.
If you're running IO Track devices, GPS AI Intelligence is a software activation — no new hardware required. Existing customers can enable all three features from the dashboard.
